By accessing or using ChartFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
ChartFlow is a web-based tool that connects to Notion databases and generates interactive charts. Free accounts are limited to 3 charts. Premium accounts ($19 one-time) have unlimited charts, SVG export, auto-refresh, and no watermark.
You must create an account to use ChartFlow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; interfere with or disrupt the service; use automated tools to scrape or overload the service; or resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
ChartFlow accesses your Notion databases using tokens you provide. We only read data — we never modify, delete, or write to your Notion workspace. You can revoke access at any time by removing the integration in Notion. We are not responsible for any data loss or issues arising from Notion API changes.
Premium upgrades are processed through PayPal. Prices are in USD. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@chart.flowingpulse.com for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
"Lifetime" means the commercial lifetime of this product, not your lifetime. Should this product be permanently discontinued:

KAKI LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer migration to a comparable product in lieu of a monetary refund.
If technically feasible, KAKI LLC may release the product's source code under an open-source license, allowing users to self-host the service.
The remedies described in this section constitute your sole and exclusive remedy for product discontinuation. KAKI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product shutdown.
The ChartFlow platform, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by KAKI.llc and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.
ChartFlow is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
