1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChartFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ChartFlow is a web-based tool that connects to Notion databases and generates interactive charts. Free accounts are limited to 3 charts. Premium accounts ($49 one-time) have unlimited charts, SVG export, auto-refresh, and no watermark.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Notion Integration

ChartFlow accesses your Notion databases using tokens you provide. We only read data — we never modify, delete, or write to your Notion workspace. You can revoke access at any time by removing the integration in Notion.

5. Payments

Premium upgrades are processed through PayPal. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products that have been delivered.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChartFlow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
